The Virtual Medical Receptionist acts as your virtual front office. Tasks they usually assist with include returning phone calls, routing messages, scheduling patients, etc.
You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month for the hours your VMR worked the month prior.
We have a turnaround time of 2 weeks, but often it is less than that.
We clock in for what we like to call "waves" - we clock in roughly three times a day, spread throughout the day, to not leave patients too long without a response and not ride the clock unnecessarily waiting for work to come through.
